Ab hisaab,
bina likhe.

Say the order out loud. Kipsy writes it down, works out the cost, and shows what you kept. Hindi, Hinglish or English.

Free to start. No app to install. Works on any phone.

Din bhar kaam kiya.
Kamaya kitna?

You know what came in. You know you were busy. But was that fiddly 45-minute order worth more than the quick one? What did your hour actually earn?

Kipsy does that sum. Order by order. No register, no writing.

₹26,896

kept that month

₹344

earned per hour

₹58

kept of every ₹100

A month from the gift hamper demo below.

The Kipsy home screen showing what you kept this month and what you earned per hour

Three ways in. Same two taps out.

Whichever way suits you that day. Seconds, either way.

The speak screen, listening

Speak it

Hold the mic and talk — up to five minutes, in Hindi, Hinglish or English. It knows what dedh sau means.

An order with what it cost and what was kept

Paste it

Already typed the day's orders into WhatsApp? Paste the whole message. It pulls every order out.

The stuff screen with ingredients and their costs

Fill it in

Prefer to tap? The form is there, with your own things and customers ready to pick.

Made for the business you actually run

Not a shop till. Not an accounting package. It even speaks your trade.

🎁

Gift hampers & handmade

Resin, ribbon, boxes — every one counted into the hamper it went into.

It says ingredients, things you sell, stock.

🍱

Cloud kitchens

Four or five orders a day, every one with a different margin. See which dish is quietly carrying the rest.

It says ingredients, menu, orders.

Home bakeries

Sell by the kilo, price by the kilo. A 1.5 kg cake works itself out without a calculator.

It sells by weight, not just by piece.

Hardware & plywood

Cash over the counter, the tab that walks out, and the sheets that come back a week later.

It says stock, cash in hand, still owed.

Laundry & dry cleaning

Five shirts and a saree on one slip, each at its own rate — and what is still on the rail, unpaid.

It says supplies, what I wash, in wash.

A Kipsy bill: business name, the items, the total, and a paid-in-full stamp

This is what your customer gets.

And a bill your customer
can actually keep

One tap. A picture for WhatsApp, or a PDF. Your costs never show on it.

What you keep

Per order and per hour, after everything that went into it.

Who still owes you

Advances, part payments, and the balance you'd otherwise forget.

What's running low

Stock goes down as you sell, so nothing runs out mid-order.

What to charge

Tell it what your hour is worth and it works out the price.

Maal wapas aaya?
Paisa wapas gaya?

A sale is not always finished on the day you make it. Say what came back and how much you handed over — the bill becomes what they actually kept, and the money going out is recorded against the same sale.

A plywood shop, Tuesday

2 sheets at ₹1,450, paid in cash
₹2,900
Friday: one sheet comes back
− ₹1,450
The bill is now
₹1,450

Until you hand the ₹1,450 over, Kipsy says you are holding their money.

The same thing covers an advance on a cancelled order, and a customer who paid twice — in any trade.
A sale in Kipsy after one sheet came back: the bill reads ₹1,450 and ₹1,450 is still to give back

Questions people ask

How do I know how much profit I make on each order?

Record what you sold and what it took. Kipsy subtracts the materials, delivery and packing, and shows what you kept — per order, and per hour.

Can I record an order just by speaking?

Yes. Hold the mic and say it in Hindi, Hinglish or English. It knows dedh sau is 150, and shows you a draft before anything saves.

Is there an app to install?

No. It runs in your phone's browser at app.kipsy.in. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app — nothing to download or update.

How do I sign up?

At app.kipsy.in, with Google or your email. Three questions and you are in. About a minute, and free.

Does it work for a home bakery that sells by the kilo?

Yes. Set the price for one kilo and a 1.5 kg cake works itself out, ingredients included.

Can I send a bill to my customer on WhatsApp?

Yes. One tap turns an order into a bill — a picture for WhatsApp, or a PDF. Your costs never show on it.

Can I use it just as a cash book?

Yes. Put in what you sell and your rates, and use it for the money only — what came in, what went back out, and who still owes you. Costs and stock are there if you want them and ignored if you don’t. Shops that take most of their money in cash use it exactly this way.

What if a customer returns something, or an order is cancelled?

Open that order, say what came back and how much you handed over. The bill becomes what they actually kept and the money going out is recorded against the same order. If the goods are back but the cash has not gone yet, Kipsy keeps saying you are holding their money until it has.

Does it keep track of who still owes me money?

Yes. Advances and part payments sit against the order, so you can see what is still to collect.

What does it cost?

Free to start. You will be told well beforehand if that ever changes.

Can I try it before making an account?

Yes. Four sample businesses open with one tap, no email — gift hampers, a cloud kitchen, a home bakery and a dry cleaners. They are rebuilt every night, so change anything you like.

Is my business data private?

Each business sees only its own orders, customers and costs. Backed up every night, on the server and off it.

Want one for your own business?
